CO-FOUNDER OPPORTUNITYCOMMERCIAL / GROWTH

Sales & Growth
Co-founder.

Plumios is looking for a commercially minded co-founder to shape how Plumios and its products reach the market.

This is a founder-level role for someone who wants to build the commercial engine—not inherit a finished sales process.

Explore the role

THE OPPORTUNITY

Build the commercial side of Plumios.

Plumios brings product strategy, design and engineering capability. The commercial co-founder will bring equal ownership to positioning, founder relationships, pipeline, partnerships and go-to-market.

The role spans two connected engines: developing a selective portfolio of product partnerships and helping Plumios ventures find distribution, customers and sustainable growth.

WHAT YOU WOULD OWN

From market narrative to repeatable growth.

01

Positioning & narrative

Make the value of Plumios and its products clear to founders, partners and customers.

02

Founder partnerships

Build trusted relationships, qualify opportunities and shape engagements that fit both sides.

03

Pipeline & revenue

Create a disciplined commercial process from first conversation through proposal and close.

04

Product go-to-market

Help validate channels, partnerships, pricing and growth loops for Plumios-owned ventures.

WHO MAY FIT

A builder with commercial judgment.

STRONG SIGNALS

  • You have sold digital products, product services or early-stage software.
  • You can earn trust with founders and senior decision-makers.
  • You think in positioning, pipeline, partnerships and systems—not isolated tactics.
  • You are comfortable creating the process while doing the work hands-on.
  • You want founder-level responsibility and long-term ownership.

LESS LIKELY TO FIT

  • You are looking for a conventional sales role with an established playbook.
  • You optimize for lead volume rather than partnership quality.
  • You want to own marketing but not revenue or commercial conversations.
  • You prefer a narrow role with limited product involvement.
  • You are not ready for the ambiguity and accountability of an early-stage company.

THE RELATIONSHIP

A genuine co-founder role, shaped around mutual fit and commitment.

Responsibilities, working model and ownership structure will be discussed openly with serious candidates. The priority is long-term alignment, complementary strengths and the ability to build well together.
