Before you choose a technical cofounder.

Is Plumios a technical cofounder matching service?

No. Plumios is the product and technology partner. We selectively work alongside founders to shape, build and own the technical product rather than introducing founders to individual candidates.

Does Plumios work for equity only?

Sometimes, when the founder, market and product fit support that level of shared commitment. Most relationships use paid delivery, cash plus equity, revenue share or a hybrid structure that reflects the work, risk and responsibilities on both sides.

Can you build our startup MVP?

Yes. We can validate the opportunity, define the first release, design the experience and engineer a production-ready MVP as one connected team. The objective is not merely to ship features; it is to create credible evidence for the next company decision.

Will we own the product and source code?

In a standard product-build engagement, you retain full product ownership. In a venture partnership, ownership, intellectual property and ongoing responsibilities are agreed explicitly before work begins.

Can Plumios later help hire an internal CTO or engineering team?

Yes. The right end state may be a continuing partnership or a capable internal team. We can establish the architecture, engineering practices and technical roadmap, then help make and onboard the hires who will own them long term.
